Safe Child, Thailand
In the early 80s, a young deaf boy was left at the Orphanage, and being unable to find a local school for him, Fr. Ray opened the School for the Deaf in 1983. Now the Fr. Ray Foundation manages several social projects in Pattaya, Thailand, home to over 750 people of all ages.
